We collect and use personal data only as needed to provide repair services and let customers track their repair status. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
When you sign in with LINE, we collect your LINE display name and profile picture. When you bring a vehicle in for repair or use the customer portal, we collect your name, phone number, email (if provided), address, license plate, vehicle make/model, mileage, reported issues, and repair/payment history. If you pay by bank transfer, we keep a copy of the transfer slip to verify the amount. When you look up a repair status on our public tracking page (no login required), we log the IP address and user agent of the device used, to prevent abuse.
How we use your data
We use it to carry out repairs, issue quotations/receipts, calculate loyalty tier spend, notify you of repair status via the portal, and prevent abuse (e.g. unusually frequent status lookups). We do not use your data for third-party advertising and do not sell personal data to outside parties.
Storage and security
Data is stored in an access-controlled database. Changes to sensitive records (payments received, document cancellations, user approvals) are recorded in an audit log with a timestamp and the acting user, for transparency and traceability. Only approved staff can access customer data, according to permissions assigned to their position.
Sharing with third parties
We use LINE Login for authentication, which has its own privacy policy. We do not share customer data with other third parties beyond service providers necessary to operate the system (e.g. our server host), and only when required by law.
Your rights
You may request to view, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting our staff directly. Some records (such as payment history and audit logs) must be retained for the period required by law for accounting and tax purposes.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
